Divided into Two Floors
The mass is split at slab level. The storey rhythm is fixed before a single opening is cut.
Create Indents
Volume is subtracted, never added. Every cut has to earn itself — light, entry, privacy.
Creating Terraces & Canopy
The subtractions turn into usable space: terraces above, sheltered thresholds below.
Vertical Canopy Details
Fins and reveals give the facade depth and take control of the sun.
Add All Details
Glazing, landscape, people, light. The model stops being geometry and becomes a place.
